This project is located not far from the center of Moscow. The residential complex Eleven includes two towers "Alpha" and "Omega" with a height of 16 and 17 floors. At the bottom, the two buildings are united by a two-story L-shaped stylobate opening up a view of Moscow City, the stadium and the park. Both houses are of complex architecture, with an eccentric arrangement of numerous ledges and recesses.

Sculptural facade panels in Mediterranean limestone color are made of architectural concrete according to the author's sketch. In combination with black German clinker bricks, they give dynamics to the whole look of the design house and create a noble appearance of a respectable complex. In the design of the lobby area, where the ceiling height reaches 4.2 meters, natural textures were used: copper, porcelain stoneware, fiber cement panels.

RESPONSIBILITY: Development of a mixed-use residential complex from concept to implementation with detailed design and preparation of working documentation. Overseeing architects, developers, consultants and client, implementing tender procedures, and coordinating contractors.
